Patient Satisfaction Survey Pilot Program

This pilot program has been suspended.

In order to meet the needs of rural hospitals and rural health clinics in Mississippi, the MRHA has launched a pilot program to create and maintain a patient satisfaction survey system using the Qualtrics platform.  This survey system functions through electronic means, and allows patients to enter feedback regarding their quality of stay, quality of health care, and other valuable information.  Best of all, this system contains complex analytical tools that allow administrators to measure their performance over a short or long period of time.

The Association will work with each individual hospital or clinic to design a custom survey in order to fit their needs.
